Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

We work with multiple fulfillment partners including print-on-demand and third-party warehousing to produce and ship our products. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for any reason.

Before you order: Please double-check sizing charts, quantities, and your shipping address. Once an order is placed, we can't make changes or cancel it.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@buffalorelations.land within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will do our best to assist you.
